Shalimar Villas Description

Shalimar Villas is the perfect location for parties, weddings and other larger events, but also for a relaxing and overwhelming luxurious holiday stay for larger groups.

Located on the beach of Pantai Seseh; Shalimar has an astonishing view over the surrounding rice fields and the ocean. This large and luxurious complex offers three individual homes with 6, 4, and 2 bedrooms directly on the beach. A name and location never to forget.

Each home consists of the main house with a large open lounge area connected to the kitchen and the open wooden veranda in the front that leads directly to the pool. The house is 2 storey's high and it has got an excellent all-around view over the rice paddies in the back and frontal ocean front in the front. Two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms as separate bungalows attached to the main house.

Each villas at Shalimar has own private pool, the 6 bedrooms  villa and 4 bedrooms villa aren't restricted by a fence, But between 2 bedrooms villa with other villas bordered by hedgerows, but can still be connected

Shalimar villas has 12 staff including housekeeping, pool maintenance personnel, gardener, driver, cook, security

Low season (min. stay 3 nights) : The rest of the year (exclude Chinese new year & Easter week)

High season (min. stay 7 nights) : June 01 - September 15, Chinese New Year and Easter Week

Peak season (Min. stay 10 nights) : December 15 - January 08

• All rates are subject to 10% Government tax
• Checkin Time : 2:00 PM
• Checkout Time : 12:00 AM
• Charge for late check out : Half night's rental, Until 6.00 PM and full day rate after 6.00 PM
