Villa Damou Description

Damou, meaning be love in the Creole language, is the latest addition to the Four at Drupadi complex. Moving away from the concept of villa accommodation, Villa Damou is a contemporary styled loft positioned above a cafe cum lounge facility and accessed via a timber staircase.

Villa Damou - Accommodation

Elevated to capture views over a tropically landscaped garden, Damou comes with its own outdoor environment. A decent sized swimming pool is edged by a timber sundeck featuring a colourfully cushioned sofa shaded by a giant umbrella.

Separate Living Space
Structurally, the loft is divided into two distinct spaces for optimal comfort. The living area has contemporary built-in storage units to house a home entertainment system on one wall and kitchen amenities on the other. A glass topped table for two can be set for breakfast and also doubles as a desk. A comfortable sofa in a shade of warm grey provides a cosy niche to sit and unwind.

Modern Sanctuary
The bedroom is a modern sanctuary where unpolished wooden floors, white walls and a customised bed give the room a refreshing edge. A strategically placed sofa in rich purple adds a vibrant accent of colour to an otherwise clean line decor. The bed faces a large picture window that bathes the room in natural sunlight and slides open for direct access into the pool.

Open-Plan Bathroom
An open-plan bathroom facility integrates neatly into the bedroom. The island-style vanity is equipped with twin wash basins while the shower and toilet are both enclosed within frosted glass cubicles.

Tropically Chic
Visually, Damou takes on a look that is pure tropical chic. White-washed furnishings are made from sustainable timber and the only artworks lining the walls is a collection of framed photos depicting various legends of film and music.

High Season (Min. Stay 5 Nights) : July 1st to July 31st, September 1st to September 15th, Chinese New Year : 20th to 25th January 2012, Easter : 6th to 12th April 2012

Peak Season (Min. Stay 7 Nights) : August 1st to August 31st, December 20th to January 8th (Christmas & New Year period)
